Job Description:
Work as convenience store (コンビニ combini) staff at FamilyMart Estasio Konan Station, located one minute from the station in Konan, Aichi. Duties include cashiering, shelf stocking and ordering, simple food preparation, and store cleaning; staff are trained from scratch and supported until fully comfortable with each task. Four shift slots cover early morning (05:30-08:00), morning (08:00-09:00), daytime and evening (09:00-22:00), and late-night (22:00-00:30 overnight); the late-night shift rate of 1,425円 includes the statutory deep-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warashi) from 22:00; staff must be aged 18 or over for those hours. The early morning shift carries a rate of 1,227円 per hour. Weekend-only and second-job arrangements are both welcome. A 30-day training period (研修 kenshuu) is provided at the standard wage rate.
