Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺 Marugame Seimen), an udon and tempura restaurant inside Shimachou Homes Soka Toneri in Soka, Saitama. Duties include udon cooking and serving, tempura and rice ball preparation, cashiering, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and store cleaning — roles are divided so each task can be learned step by step with detailed training (研修 kenshuu) and manuals provided. Shifts are submitted weekly and can start from just 2 hours per day, 2 days per week, with full flexibility over days and times. Pay is calculated to the minute (1分単位 ippun-tani); a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. A family canteen system (家族食堂制度 kazoku-shokudo-seido) provides up to 10,000 yen per month for children aged 15 and under to eat at the restaurant, available to eligible staff. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal, with up to 800 yen of food per sitting. A Toridoll group restaurant discount of up to 25% off applies at affiliated chains for staff and their families. Minimum contract period is 3 months.
