Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Higashimatsuyama Station, located inside Tobu Higashimatsuyama Station -- just a 1-minute walk from the platform. Work includes register service, shelf stocking, and general store duties, with a five-step evaluation system allowing you to build skills and increase your wage over time. The early morning slot (05:30-09:00) pays 1,330 yen per hour, and the late-night slot (22:00-23:00) pays 1,480 yen per hour including the deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). An evening shift running 17:00-23:00 is also available, with a short closing task of around 15-30 minutes at the end. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available. Transportation allowance is fully covered. A training (研修 kenshuu) period of 30 days applies upon joining.
