Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Shirotori Bypass, in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture. Five shift patterns are available: early morning (06:30-09:00), evening (16:00-21:00), evening to midnight (16:00-00:00 overnight), overnight early (00:00-06:30 overnight), and overnight full (00:00-09:00 overnight). Duties cover all general convenience store tasks: register operations, product ordering, shelf display, and cleaning. A 90-day training period applies at 1,065 yen per hour across all shifts; after training, the early morning slot (05:00-09:00) rises to 1,250 yen per hour and weekend/public holiday supplements of 50-100 yen per hour apply. Deep-night shifts (22:00-05:00) carry a statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) and are available to those aged 18 and over only, in accordance with Japanese labour law.

1,065円 (per hour)
Early morning slot post-training (05:00-09:00): 1,250 yen/hour. Evening slot post-training (16:00-22:00): up to 1,130 yen/hour. Late-night slots (22:00-09:00): 1,332 yen/hour during training, up to 1,432 yen/hour post-training (深夜手当 shinya-teate included). Weekend and public holiday supplement: +50 to +100 yen/hour. Salary increase after 3-month training period.
