Job Description:

This is a kitchen assistant role at a traditional Japanese dining restaurant (食事処 shokuji-dokoro) inside New Chitose Airport, accessible directly from the station platform. The menu covers a wide range -- snacks (おつまみ otsumami), set meals (定食 teishoku), and noodle dishes -- and you will assist in the kitchen throughout service hours. Tasks include vegetable peeling and cutting, simple cooking such as boiling, frying, and stir-frying, plating, dishwashing, and clean-up. Shifts run within 09:00-20:00 on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with each day between 5.5 and 7.5 hours, two days off per week. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of wages is available within company rules. No experience, qualifications, or educational background required -- senior staff will train you from day one.
