Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Obu Arata, an opening store located on Prefectural Route 57 in Obu city, Aichi, in front of the Obu Fire Station. You will handle self-register guidance, product stocking, shelf display, and store cleaning; the store uses a self-checkout system so direct register operation is minimal. Shifts cover all hours of the day including early morning and late night; the late-night shift (22:00-06:00) carries the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1,450-1,500 yen. A 3-month training period applies; training rates are noted per time slot below. A joining bonus of 5,000-10,000 yen is available after 6 months of continuous service. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are limited to applicants aged 18 and over, as required by Japanese labour law; high school students require parental and school permission.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Early morning shift (06:00-09:00): 1,250円 (includes early-morning premium; training: 1,150円).
