Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Chiba Hanazono, located along Oga Lotus Boulevard near Hanazono Green Belt in Hanamigawa Ward, Chiba City. Duties cover all general store operations: cashier, product ordering, shelf display, and cleaning. Three shift options are available: an early morning slot (06:00-09:00), an evening slot (17:00-22:00), and an overnight deep-night slot (00:00-05:00). The deep-night rate from 00:00 to 05:00 is 1,425 yen per hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate), including the statutory 25% premium. The store has an approachable, friendly team atmosphere; new starters receive one-on-one guidance from the manager and senior staff. A minimum of 3 hours per shift is accepted, making this suitable for short-hour arrangements. High school graduate or above required.
