Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Chikatestu Hiragishi Ekimae, located 3 minutes walk from Hiragishi Station in Toyohira Ward, Sapporo. Tasks cover general convenience store operations including register work, product ordering, shelf stocking and display, and in-store cleaning. Multiple shift options are available from early morning through to overnight, with shifts starting from as little as 3 hours for daytime slots and 7 hours for the overnight slot. A 4-day training period (研修 kenshuu) is provided, with step-by-step learning materials and support from store managers and senior staff. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Salary increases are available based on performance.

Wage:

1,075円 (per hour) Late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 1,344円 from 22:00-06:00 (includes statutory deep-night rate). Training period (4 days): same rate as base (1,075円 -- no reduction during training). Salary increase system available.
