Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺), a udon restaurant chain, in Nakatsugawa, Gifu. Hall duties include clearing tables, running the register, and customer service. Kitchen duties cover udon boiling and plating, tempura preparation, rice dish cooking, and dishwashing. Tasks are divided into clearly defined positions so each role is straightforward to learn. Step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and manuals are provided, making this easy to start even for first-timers or those returning after a gap. A weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) lets you submit preferred hours each week -- weekday-only, weekend-only, and short-hour patterns are all welcome. Late-night hours from 22:00 carry a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available at 120 yen per meal for up to 800 yen worth of food per sitting.
