Job Description:
This is a product inspection and packaging role inside a beer factory in Kiyosu, Aichi. Tasks include loading packaging materials into cartridges for six-can pack wrapping, setting QR-coded label rolls into the labelling machine, and performing visual quality checks on finished products. The facility runs a three-shift rotation on a weekly cycle: day (06:30-15:00), evening (14:30-23:00), and overnight (23:00-07:30). Saturdays and Sundays are off as standard per the factory calendar. This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) position. No experience is required and training is provided. The overnight shift carries a statutory 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00 to 05:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,688 yen per hour during those hours. Full transportation allowance is provided.
