Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kyoto Kawashima, located in Nishikyo Ward, Kyoto -- 8 minutes walk from Katsura Station or 1 minute from the Nodamachi bus stop. This store opened in June 2026 and is currently actively recruiting night shift staff in particular. Tasks cover all general convenience store operations including register work and customer service, utility bill payments, parcel acceptance, shelf stocking and display, and in-store cleaning. Three rate bands apply: standard daytime (09:00-22:00) at 1,122 yen, early morning (05:00-09:00) at 1,160 yen, and overnight (22:00-05:00) at 1,450 yen including the statutory deep-night allowance. A 30-day trial period applies at the same rate as standard employment -- no pay reduction. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Nail polish is not permitted.

Early morning slot (05:00-09:00): 1,160円. Late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 1,450円 from 22:00-05:00 (includes statutory deep-night rate). Trial period (30 days): same rate as standard -- no reduction.
