Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺) Ion Mall Kyoto Gojo, a udon restaurant chain located on the 3rd floor of Aeon Mall Kyoto Gojo in Ukyo Ward, Kyoto. Kitchen tasks include boiling and plating udon to order (hot and cold), preparing tempura and onigiri rice balls to recipe, and dishwashing using a commercial dishwasher. Hall tasks include counter service, passing food to customers with brief care instructions, and cleaning the dining area. Tasks are divided into clearly defined positions with step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and manuals provided, making this easy to start even for first-timers or those returning after a gap. The shift runs from 08:00 to 18:00 (daytime only), with a weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) -- submit preferred hours each week. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay 1,250 yen per hour. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available at 120 yen per meal for up to 800 yen worth of food per sitting. Transport allowance is covered up to 50,000 yen per month; motorcycle commuting is accepted with fuel costs reimbursed within guidelines.
