Job Description:

This is a hospital cleaning staff position at a medical facility in Mukawa, Hokkaido, a 5-minute walk from Mukawa Station on the JR Hidaka Main Line. Work involves cleaning patient rooms, corridors, toilets, and common areas, as well as collecting waste from throughout the facility on a fixed route. Tasks follow a set sequence with no guesswork involved, and the team-based setup means support is always on hand — no experience is needed to get started. The main shift runs 07:00–15:00 with a shorter 07:00–12:00 shift available a few times per month. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available, allowing you to access part of your wages before the regular pay date. Car commuting is permitted, and a transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid within company guidelines.
