Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺) udon restaurant in Nishi-ku, Saitama, just 5 minutes on foot from the north exit of Nishi-Omiya Station on the JR Kawagoe Line. Duties are divided into clearly defined tasks — hall clearing, dishwashing, cashier work (レジ reji), and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so you can start from the position that suits your strengths. A 25% deep-night premium applies from 22:00 for those who can work late shifts. Staff meals (まかない makanai) cost just 120 yen for up to 800 yen of food per shift, and Toridoll group restaurants offer up to 25% staff discount for you and your family. Employees with children aged 15 or under can use the Family Canteen System (家族食堂制度) — up to 10,000 yen per child per month is loaded onto a dedicated card. Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000 yen per month; a minimum contract of 3 months is required. High school students are welcome for weekend shifts only.
