Job Description:
This is a small precision parts assembly, inspection, and packing role at a clean manufacturing facility in Higashi-Tokorozawa, Tokorozawa, Saitama, 10 minutes walk from Higashi-Tokorozawa Station on the JR Musashino Line. You will attach tiny metal components to thin plastic strips, visually inspect finished parts to confirm correct attachment, and box and pack completed products; tasks are assigned based on your aptitude. The facility is air-conditioned and clean; a static-control suit (静電スーツ seiden-sutsu) is provided as workwear; a rest room and lockers are on site, and a staff lunch box service is available from 450 yen. Shifts start at 09:30 and finish at 18:00 (actual working time 7h35m); there is virtually no overtime and weekends plus public holidays are fixed days off with 125 annual holiday days. An advance pay system (日払い hibarai) lets you receive earned wages in 1,000-yen units via Seven Bank ATM the same day you apply; no resume is required.
