Work as a convenience store staff member at FamilyMart Toyohashi Ishizuka store in Toyohashi, Aichi, just 5 minutes from Toyohashi Station, handling all general convenience store operations. The store welcomes staff of all ages and backgrounds, with flexible shift options across early morning, daytime, evening, and overnight hours — minimum 3 hours per shift, 1 day per week. A 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same base rate of 1,140 yen/hour. The deep-night rate from 22:00 to 06:00 is 1,425 yen/hour, including the statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are open to applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law.
