Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Marugame-Dokimachi-Higashi, covering all standard combini duties including cashier work, product ordering, shelf display, and store cleaning. The store encourages staff to use creativity in arranging displays and creating promotional materials, making this more engaging than a typical register-only role. Two shift options are available: daytime (05:00-22:00) at the base rate, and night shift (夜勤 yakin, 22:00-05:00) at the late-night premium rate. International students and foreign workers are welcome; a 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies, during which the same hourly rate is paid. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
