Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Yoshinoya Rte.11 Kokubunjicho, a gyudon fast food restaurant in Takamatsu, Kagawa, 13 minutes walk from Hashioka Station on the JR Yosan Line. Hall duties include taking orders, serving food, handling the register, and managing takeout orders; kitchen duties involve cooking and plating gyudon and other menu items. New staff start in the hall, following a step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) programme over approximately 2 months at the same base wage — no reduction during training. Shifts are extremely flexible: as little as 3 hours per day from 2 days a week, making this well suited to homemakers, those returning to work after a career gap, and students. A meal discount of 70% off during shifts and 30% off for takeout (family also eligible) is available, along with a daily payment (日払い hibarai) advance pay system. Late-night hours from 22:00 attract a 25% wage increase; hours from 05:00-09:00 attract an additional 100 yen per hour. Car and motorbike commuting are accepted. Foreign nationals are welcome provided daily conversational Japanese is possible. No resume required.
