Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Niku no Yamagyu, a charcoal-grilled beef specialty restaurant by the Toridoll group, located on the 2nd floor of Aeon Mall Kasukabe. Work includes taking orders, cutting fresh meat to order, grilling it over charcoal in an open kitchen, cashier (レジ reji) operation via touch panel, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher, and store cleaning; preparation and cleaning duties feature during quieter periods. Recipe manuals are provided and most staff started with no prior restaurant experience; expect to feel comfortable in the role within about one month. Shifts are set weekly and can be as short as 2 hours from just 2 days per week; weekend-only schedules are also available. Staff meals (まかない makanai) can be taken away, making it a useful perk for those cooking at home. Hourly rate increases by 10 yen for every 1,000 hours worked (upper limit applies). Minimum contract period is 3 months.
