Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Bamiyan Ota Uchigashima store, a Chinese family restaurant operated by Skylark Group. Hall duties include seating guests, taking orders via digital menu tablet, serving food, and handling checkout; kitchen duties include dishwashing and cooking assistance, with full cooking taught as experience grows. Shifts run across three slots (09:00-17:00, 17:00-22:00, 22:00-24:00) on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a minimum of 2 hours per day and 1 day per week accepted. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, bringing the rate to 1,375 yen or above. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available via smartphone the day after your shift, with up to 70% of earned wages accessible immediately. A group discount of 25% off at all Skylark brands and a points system rewarding weekend and busy-period shifts at 30 points per hour (1 point = 1 yen) are also provided.
