Job Description:
Handle general convenience store duties at a FamilyMart branch in Chuo ward, Saitama City, ten minutes from Minami-Yono Station. The work covers the register, ordering products, building the sales floor displays and cleaning the store. Staff who can also handle product ordering are eligible for pay raises. Three shift slots cover morning through to overnight, and working hours and days can be discussed freely. High school students, university students, freeters, homemakers, seniors and international workers are all welcome. A 30 day training period is paid at a slightly lower rate and then steps up to the standard rate. An assistant manager position is also being recruited, and there is a promotion route to regular employee status. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is lent and car, bicycle and motorbike commuting are all permitted.

1,150円 (per hour)
Hours between 22:00 and 08:00 are paid from 1,426円 per hour, which includes the late night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) for hours between 22:00 and 05:00. During the 30 day training period the daytime rate is 1,141円 per hour. Staff who can handle ordering duties are eligible for pay raises.
