Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Komeda Coffee Kita-Urawa Ekimae store in Urawa Ward, Saitama City — a full-service kissaten-style (喫茶店 kissaten) cafe known for its relaxed wooden interior and generous portions. Hall staff handle guest seating, order-taking, food and drink service, and table clearing; kitchen staff prepare coffee and other drinks as well as light food including the signature Shironoir (シロノワール) pastry. Shifts are available from 3 hours a day within the 06:30–23:30 window, from 2 days a week — suitable for students, homemakers, seniors, and freeters at any life stage. A 100-hour training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same 1,200円/hour rate — no pay cut during training.
