Job Description:
This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making role at Oriental Hotel in Nagoya's Higashi ward, a newly opened leisure hotel 5 minutes walk from Shinsakaemachi Station on the Higashiyama Subway Line. Duties include room cleaning, bed-making, sheet and towel changes, and restocking amenities — approximately 15-20 minutes per room, performed independently without customer interaction. Three shift patterns are available: early (09:00-16:00), mid (17:00-23:00), and overnight (23:00-08:00); weekend and pre-holiday shifts earn a further 100 yen per hour on top of the base rate. Staff working 5 days or more per week receive a higher rate tier; the maximum rate is 1,600円/hour (weekend overnight, 5-day tier). The overnight shift (23:00-08:00) crosses midnight and includes the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Hair colour, piercings, and beard are permitted within reasonable limits; no resume is required to apply.

Weekly 5+ day tier: 05:00-17:00 = 1,310円; 17:00-22:00 = 1,390円; 22:00-05:00 = 1,500円. Weekly 4 or fewer days: 05:00-17:00 = 1,160円; 17:00-22:00 = 1,240円; 22:00-05:00 = 1,450円. Weekend/pre-holiday bonus: +100円/hour on all shifts (max 1,600円). Training period rates: 1,140円/1,220円/1,425円 respectively. Special bonus twice yearly (after 1 year). Salary increase available.
