Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Sapporo Shiroishi Hondori 3-chome, located directly at the Hondori 3-chome Kita bus stop and a 10-minute walk from JR Shiroishi Station in Sapporo. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations including cashier work, product ordering, shelf merchandising, and indoor and outdoor cleaning. The store uses a fixed shift system to ensure stable monthly earnings, and schedules can be tailored to your lifestyle — consecutive shifts (e.g. 09:00-13:00 followed by 13:00-15:00) are also possible. Six shift slots are available from 06:00 to 06:00 the following day, with a minimum of 2 hours per shift; night shifts (22:00-06:00) include the deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). After passing the in-store SST qualification, base pay increases by up to 50 yen/hour; the SSTトレーナー and SSTマスター upper grades carry additional allowances based on duties and hours. Night shifts (22:00-05:00) are open to applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law.

Wage:

1,130円 (per hour) Peak daytime slots (11:00-13:00, 16:00-20:00): 1,140円. Early morning (06:00-09:00): 1,300円. Deep-night (22:00-05:00): 1,413円 (statutory 1.25x premium). Deep-night peak (02:00-05:00): 1,450円. SST qualification bonus: +50円/hour (max). Training period (20 days / 2 months): 1,075円 daytime / 1,344円 deep-night / 1,288円-1,300円 early morning for high school students.
