Job Description:

Hall and kitchen work at a Yoshinoya beef bowl restaurant on Route 4 in Motomiya, with an urgent need for early morning staff. Floor duties are taking orders, bringing out dishes and handling payment, plus taking and passing over takeaway orders. Kitchen duties cover cooking and plating beef bowls and other menu items. Everyone starts on the floor with a manual and a two month training period (研修 kenshuu), learning one task at a time before moving on to the next. Early mornings are the quietest part of the day, with mostly simple tidying and restocking between customers. Shifts run around the clock and you can work from two days a week and three hours a day, with weekend-only patterns accepted. Hours after 22:00 are paid at a 25 percent premium, and daily payment (日払い hibarai) lets you draw part of your wages before payday. Staff meals are 70 percent off with takeaway at 30 percent off, hair style and colour are free, and transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Hours from 22:00 are paid at a 25 percent premium, giving up to 1,375円 per hour. The same rate applies during the two month training period. Salary increase every month, averaging 10 to 50円 per rise based on last year's record, assessed through the cast rank-up system.
