Job Description:

Convenience store staff work at a Seven-Eleven branch in Shirogane, three minutes on foot from Nishitetsu Yakuin Station. Duties are customer service and sales, restocking products and cleaning the store. You will also make POP signs and work on product displays, alongside handling utility bill payments, parcel drop-offs and in-store pickup services. Everything is taught step by step, so no previous experience is needed. Ten time slots run right around the clock, and both the number of days and the daily hours are negotiable, with one day a week accepted. The early morning slots pay 1,100 yen and the overnight hours from 22:00 to 05:00 carry a 25 percent premium taking the rate to 1,321 yen. A meal subsidy is provided, transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to a set amount and there is a bonus scheme. Commuting by motorbike or bicycle is permitted, and staff from high school students through to seniors work here.

Wage:

1,057円 (per hour) The 06:00-09:00 and 07:00-10:00 slots pay 1,100円. Hours from 22:00 to 05:00 carry a 25 percent late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) taking the rate to 1,321円. High school students receive the same rates on the daytime slots. Salary increase and bonus available.
