Job Description:

Work the overnight and early morning shifts as convenience store staff at a Seven-Eleven in Namiki, Abiko. Duties are the register and customer service, cleaning, arranging food and daily goods on the shelves and handling deliveries. Once you are used to the store you also take on product ordering and register checks, and part-timers sometimes lead seasonal product campaigns. Everything is taught carefully, so people with no experience can start here. Two slots are available: 22:00 to 05:00 from 6 hours a day, and 05:00 to 06:00 from 1 hour a day, both from 2 days a week. There is a training period (研修 kenshuu) of 14 days at the same hourly rate. Shifts take your preferences into account, and weekday-only or weekend patterns are both possible. Motorbike and bicycle commuting are permitted, and there is a bus stop within 5 minutes.

Wage:

1,350円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,425円 per hour for the 22:00-05:00 shift. The same rates apply during the 14 day training period.
