Job Description:

Serve customers at a popular home-style deli directly connected to Ikebukuro Station. Duties are weighing out prepared dishes, register work, packing containers, hygiene management and cleaning. The shop is known for sweet-savoury chicken wings alongside staples such as nikujaga and simmered konjac, plus seasonal dishes and bento boxes. Because the menu changes with the seasons you pick up a feel for which ingredients are at their best and how to cook them, so it suits people who like both service and food. Three shift patterns are used, 09:00 to 18:00 and 13:00 to 22:00, each with 8 hours of actual work and a one hour break. You work 3 to 5 days a week on a shift system including weekends and public holidays, with 2 to 4 days off a week. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full and full social insurance is provided. Some sales experience and a high school qualification or above are required, though food retail experience is not needed.

Wage:

1,500円 (per hour) Example monthly earnings: 150,000 yen or more for 3 days a week at 8 hours over 13 days. Annual paid leave available.
