Job Description:

Hall and kitchen work at Tori Jubei Koriyama, a private-room izakaya serving yakitori and Japanese cuisine, opening one minute from Koriyama Station. Hall duties cover taking orders on a handheld terminal and serving food, and you can use a notepad until you get used to it. Kitchen duties start with simple plating and build up to a wide range of dishes, with a chance to help create new menu items. Because almost all seats are private rooms, the atmosphere is calm rather than hectic. This is a first-round opening recruitment of 30 people, so everyone starts together with no seniority. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided and you can choose what you eat. Shifts are self-declared each week between 16:00 and 01:00, from 1 day a week and 3 hours a day, with weekend-only or weekday-focused schedules both possible. People who can work Fridays, Saturdays and the day before public holidays are being actively hired.

Wage:

1,200円～1,500円 (per hour) Shifts from 22:00 are paid at 25 percent above the base rate with late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Training period (研修 kenshuu) of 1 month or more is paid at 1,050円 per hour. Incentives, special bonuses for shift leaders, bonuses based on days worked and achievement allowances are all available. Pay raises based on performance.
