Job Description:

Hall and kitchen work at Hechimon, a charcoal-grilled skewer izakaya with private rooms, two minutes from Kita-Senju Station. Hall duties cover serving food, clearing tables and handling payments, while kitchen duties cover simple plating and making drinks. No previous work experience is needed and many people have had their first ever part time job here. Staff are mainly students and everyone gets on well regardless of age, with new starters saying they settled in quickly. Staff meals (まかない makanai) change each time rather than being a fixed dish, usually something not on the menu. Shifts run between 16:00 and 24:00, from 2 days a week and 3 hours a day, submitted every two weeks. After training your rate is set by ability, attendance rate and weekend attendance rate, rising to a maximum of 1,376円. Hairstyle, hair colour, piercings, nails and necklaces are all genuinely free, apart from stone nails.

Wage:

1,226円～1,376円 (per hour) After training your rate is set by three factors: ability as you learn more tasks, attendance rate, and weekend attendance rate for covering busy Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The maximum rate is 1,376円 per hour. Training period is paid at 1,226円 per hour.
