Job Description:
Service work at a cafe dining venue three minutes from Omotesando Station, run by a fruit and vegetable wholesaler founded 100 years ago. Duties include greeting and seeing off guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, making colourful fruit drinks and setting tables. The ground floor is an open casual cafe and the first floor is full service, so the setting is polished throughout. You pick up genuine ingredient knowledge, refined table manners and drink knowledge covering wine, black tea and Japanese tea. Many guests are from overseas, so language skills can be put to use. Shifts are mainly early, 07:00 to 16:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 17:00 at weekends, with 8 hours of actual work and a 60 minute break. Dinner-only shifts can also be discussed, and the schedule is 3 to 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays. Uniform is lent, and you supply your own black trousers and black trainers.
Wage:

Monthly earnings of over 285,000円 are possible on a full-time schedule of 5 days a week including weekends. Overtime averages 10 hours a month. Trial period of 1 month with no change to conditions.
