Job Description:

This is an early-morning hall staff role at Hatsufuji Yaesu, a Japanese-style izakaya in the Yaesu Underground Mall directly connected to Tokyo Station, 3 minutes from JR Tokyo Station. This role covers the higher-rate shift option. Shifts include 06:00-11:00, 07:00-10:00, and 07:00-11:00. The 06:00-09:00 early hours attract an additional 100 yen per hour premium on top of the base rate. The morning menu centres on set meals with only about 7 varieties, making it easy to learn. Orders are placed via meal ticket machines, so verbal order-taking is minimal. Tasks include delivering food to tables and clearing up — very straightforward. Staff meal (まかない makanai) time is paid at the full hourly rate — clock-in continues during the meal break. Free staff meals are available daily including original creations from store ingredients. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. Weekly payment is also negotiable. Hair colour, nail polish, and piercings are freely permitted.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Additional +100円 per hour for the 06:00-09:00 early slot; salary increases for those who commit to more shifts (昇給 shokyu); bonus available
