Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Mekinoki no Ginji Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, a lively izakaya chain restaurant on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, just 1 minute walk from Tokyo Station in Chuo-ku. Hall staff guide guests to their seats, deliver food and drinks, handle payments, and prepare simple drinks including draft beer. Customers order via tablet or QR self-order system, so verbal order-taking is minimal. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and simple plating, then progress to basic preparation and cooking assistance — knife skills are taught from scratch. Shift (1) runs 11:00 to 23:00. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onward. Shift (2) runs 11:00 to 15:00 for lunchtime hours. The venue is fully non-smoking throughout. High school students are welcome. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available and wages are calculated to the minute. Staff meals are available at 50% off (まかない makanai). A training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at 1,226 yen, rising to 1,350 yen on completion.
