Job Description:

This is an evening hall staff role at Ueno Kitaro-zushi, a warm and relaxed sushi restaurant in Taito-ku, Tokyo, a 3-minute walk from Ueno Okachimachi Station and 6 minutes from Ueno Station. Tasks include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, serving food, processing payments, and dishwashing. The menu is focused on fresh sushi, with a loyal base of regulars and a friendly atmosphere. The evening shift runs 17:00 to 22:00, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift and 2 days per week. Friday and Saturday availability is especially welcome. The restaurant is closed every Sunday. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. Free staff meals are provided daily — rotating dishes such as curry and stir-fried vegetables (まかない makanai). A 3-month trial period applies at the same rate. Light nail polish and small piercings are permitted. No resume required.

Wage:
