Job Description:

This is a printing materials packing and team leadership dispatch role at a logistics centre in Hachioji City, Tokyo, a 15-minute walk from Hachioji Minamino Station. New starters begin with hands-on inspection and packing of printed publications and materials, then gradually take on a floor leader role — including roll call, attendance confirmation, and shift scheduling for a small team. Independent leadership is expected within approximately 6 months. Step-by-step manual guides are provided for all procedures. Leadership tasks account for roughly half the work time; the rest is floor packing work alongside the team. The shift runs 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (rest days per shift schedule). Car and bicycle commuting are not permitted at this worksite. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available, as well as weekly payment (週払い shuubarai). Hair colour, nail polish, piercings, and appearance are freely permitted. Casual dress is accepted.
