Job Description:

This is an evening convenience store staff role at Natural Lawson Tokyo Police Hospital, located inside the hospital complex in Nakano-ku, Tokyo — an 8-minute walk from JR Nakano Station. Natural Lawson's concept is "because every day matters" — the store carries a curated range of health-conscious and premium products not found at standard convenience stores. Three evening slots are available at the standard rate: 16:00-21:00, 17:00-21:00, and 18:00-21:00. All slots end at 21:00 — no late-night hours involved. Tasks include cashier and customer service, shelf stocking, product display, store cleaning, and simple food preparation. Product ordering is added as you become familiar with operations. A 1-month training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at 1,270 yen or above (variable by progress), rising to 1,290 yen on completion. Full transportation allowance is covered. Social insurance is fully provided.
