Hand Cash Restaurant Hall Staff Part Time Job at Kashiwa Station 柏駅 in Chiba 1,600円
Please confirm workplace location, payment method, shifts, and interview conditions directly with the employer before applying.
Job Description:
This is a restaurant hall and kitchen staff role in the Kashiwa area of Chiba, placed through food industry staffing agency Grand Seas (株式会社グランシーズ), which introduces workers to a wide range of restaurant types from casual dining to Michelin-listed venues. Hall duties typically include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, operating the register, and dishwashing; kitchen placements involve cooking assistance, plating, and food prep. The agency matches applicants to worksites based on experience and preference — single-day spot shifts, short-term contracts, and ongoing part-time arrangements are all available. Pay is handed over in cash (手渡し tewatashi) at the end of each shift, so earnings are available immediately without needing to visit an office or ATM. Transport costs are covered in full; hair colour, nails, piercings, and beard are freely allowed at most placements — confirm specifics at registration. No experience is needed for entry-level hall and kitchen roles; experienced workers in specialist fields such as sushi, sommelier, or pastry can negotiate a higher starting rate. Registration is completed via a 15-minute online interview — no need to visit the New Shinjuku office in person. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at most placements; social insurance and overtime are covered as required by law for qualifying assignments.

Rate up to 1,800円/hr depending on experience and worksite. Experienced specialists (sushi, sommelier, pastry etc.) may receive up to 1.5x standard rate. Daily, weekly and monthly payment options available.
