Job Description:

This is a logistics sorting and loading role at the Sagawa Express Setagaya Yoga delivery depot in Setagaya Ward, placed through SG Fielder Co., Ltd. (SGフィルダー株式会社), a subsidiary of the SGH (Sagawa) Group, 8 to 10 minutes walk from Yoga Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. Tasks include pulling parcels off conveyor belts and directing them to the correct lane, loading sorted packages into destination boxes and trucks, hand-sorting small envelopes by delivery address, and unloading arriving trucks onto the conveyor — most items are standard home-delivery parcels, light in weight and size. The shift runs from 18:00 to 23:00 (17:30 start also possible), 5 hours of actual work with no break; a minimum of 3 days per week is required from Monday through Saturday and public holidays. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available online via a web-based advance system; safety shoes and gloves are provided at no cost alongside a uniform. A welcome bonus of 3,000 points (exchangeable for gift cards) is awarded to first-time SG Fielder staff who complete 96 hours within their first two months. Minimum contract of 3 months; social insurance is covered as required by law.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Overtime rate: 1,563円/hr for hours beyond statutory limit (1,250円 × 1.25x). Daily advance payment available via web system (規定あり).
