Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at 和牛とタン焼肉とみ新橋本店 (Wagyu and Tan Yakiniku Tomi Shimbashi), a premium yakiniku restaurant near Shimbashi Station in Minato Ward, Tokyo, specialising in rare Chateaubriand cuts and premium tongue (特上タン). Hall duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and serving meat and dishes; kitchen and prep duties cover simple ingredient preparation, plating, cooking assistance, and dishwashing — no knife skills are required to start. Two shift patterns are available: evening only 17:00-23:00, or extended 13:00-23:00; a minimum of 4 hours per shift is accepted from 1 day per week, with Sunday the fixed day off. A training period applies at 1,250円 per hour; the standard rate rises to 1,500円 or above based on experience, with transparent skill-based increments (e.g. +100円/hr for staff training ability, +100円/hr for phone handling); a monthly incentive of 20,000円 is available for hitting targets, plus a quarterly store recognition award. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) are both available; free beef staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided every shift. Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Post-training rate: 1,500円/hr or above (based on experience and assessed skills).
