Job Description:

This is a late-night parcel sorting and loading role at the Sagawa Express Josai delivery depot in Shinasuna, Koto Ward, Tokyo, placed through SG Fielder Co., Ltd. (SGフィルダー株式会社), 10 minutes walk from Shiomi Station on the JR Keiyo Line. Tasks include pulling parcels from conveyor belts, loading sorted packages into destination boxes and trucks, hand-sorting small envelopes by delivery address, and unloading arriving trucks onto the conveyor — items are mostly standard home-delivery parcels, light and manageable. The shift runs from 23:00 to 08:00 (overnight) with a 60-minute break and 8 hours of actual work; a minimum of 2 days per week is required from Monday through Friday, with weekends always off. A deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,625円 per hour (1,300 × 1.25x) applies to hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00 — covering the majority of this shift. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available the day after working via web application; a welcome bonus of 3,000 points (exchangeable for gift cards) is awarded to first-time SG Fielder staff completing 96 hours within their first two months. Safety shoes and gloves are provided; hair colour and beard are freely allowed; minimum contract of 3 months required.
