Job Description:

This is an early-morning building cleaning role at the Toraya Ginza Building in Ginza, Chuo ward, Tokyo, located immediately next to Ginza Station -- a 3-hour morning shift with no overtime and a consistent finish by 09:30. Tasks include floor cleaning by vacuum and mop across two commercial floors, toilet and stairwell cleaning, and checking the quality of other team members' work to catch any missed spots or dropped rubbish after they finish. The team works in a group of 3 to 4 staff per shift, making this a collaborative but straightforward environment; tool usage is taught from scratch, so no prior cleaning experience is required. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available -- up to 70% of accrued wages can be accessed before the regular payday via smartphone application each Tuesday, with funds typically arriving by Friday; weekly payment is also available. The shift runs Sunday to Saturday (Sunday off), up to 6 days per week, with flexible scheduling available based on your availability. Hair colour is free-form (including light brown); a uniform and changing room with lockable locker are provided.
