Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Lawson Saitama Kishicho 4-chome, located a 5-minute walk from Urawa Station west exit in the Costa Tower building in Urawa ward, Saitama. Work covers the full range of convenience store operations: cashier service, product display and shelf stocking, store cleaning, POP sign creation, and simple food preparation including Lawson's in-store kitchen and MACHI Cafe items. Four shift slots cover all hours: daytime (13:00-17:00), evening (17:00-21:00), overnight (21:00-06:00), and early morning (06:00-09:00). The overnight shift crosses midnight and attracts a store-set premium of 1,500 yen per hour from 22:00 to 05:00 -- above the statutory minimum; the early-morning shift (06:00-09:00) pays 1,181 yen per hour. Training and support are provided; no prior experience is required and first-time part-time workers are actively welcomed. High school students are welcome; shift days and hours are flexible with as little as two days per week accepted across weekday-only, weekend-only, or mixed schedules.
