Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Billy the Kid Nishi-Kasai, a popular steak restaurant a 4-minute walk from Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line in Edogawa ward, Tokyo, known for its quality steaks and vibrant atmosphere among students and young workers. Hall duties include guiding guests to seats, taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing drinks, clearing tables, and general cleaning -- tasks are introduced one at a time so newcomers build confidence steadily. Multiple shift patterns are available: evening-only (18:00-22:00), evening to midnight (18:00-23:00), evening to early morning (18:00-03:00), or overnight (22:00-03:00); the store is closed on Mondays. Shifts crossing midnight attract the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25%, bringing the rate to 1,625 yen per hour from 22:00 onwards; last-train consideration is built into the scheduling. Cash-in-hand payment (給与手渡し kyuuryo tewatashi) is available; staff meals (まかない makanai) are described as outstanding -- a highlight of working here. Hair colour, nail art, piercings, and beard are all permitted; foreign nationals and international students are actively welcomed. Wage:
