Job Description:

This is a commercial building cleaning role in the Roppongi area of Minato ward, Tokyo, covering daily maintenance cleaning of a multi-floor commercial facility -- tasks include toilet and water-area cleaning, rubbish collection, hall and corridor patrol cleaning, and pre-opening preparation cleaning before the building opens each day. Two shift options are available: a short morning shift (07:00-11:00, 4 hours, no break) or a full daytime shift (07:00-15:00, 7 actual working hours including a 1-hour break); both options can be selected to suit personal availability. Work is scheduled Monday to Friday only, with weekends and public holidays off -- ideal for those with fixed weekend commitments or family care responsibilities. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available -- up to 70% of accrued wages can be accessed before the regular payday via smartphone application each Tuesday, with funds typically arriving by Friday; weekly payment is also available. Transportation expenses are fully reimbursed; a changing room and rest area are available on site. No experience or qualifications are required; tool usage and technique are taught from scratch with ongoing coordinator support throughout employment.
