Job Description:
You will work at a high-end senior residential facility (koukyuu senior mansion 高級シニアマンション) in Kashiwa city, Chiba, providing living support and room care for elderly residents. Duties include linen changes and room cleaning, meal support, accompanying residents on walks, and assisting with toilet and bathing routines through verbal prompting and hands-on help. Four shift patterns are available: early shift 07:00-16:00, day shift 09:00-18:00, late shift 11:00-20:00, and night shift 16:00-10:00 (overnight); minimum 2 days per week accepted. Hourly rates vary by qualification: care worker without qualification 1,400 yen/hour; introductory training (shoninshashu kenshuu 初任者研修) graduate 1,850-1,950 yen/hour; certified care worker (kaigo fukushishi 介護福祉士) 2,050-2,400 yen/hour. Night shift hours between 22:00 and 05:00 qualify for an additional deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当). Transport allowance (koutsuuhi 交通費) is paid in full. No trial period. Candidates with care or helper qualifications are preferred; those without qualifications but with 6 months or more of facility work experience are also welcome.
