Job Description:
You will work as opening-staff hall or kitchen crew at Genpatsu Sendou Tsubaki (源八船頭 椿), a health-conscious izakaya (居酒屋) styled for a female-friendly clientele, opening in October 2026 near Nakameguro Station in Tokyo. Hall duties include drink preparation, serving food and drinks, cashier work, customer service, and table clearing; kitchen duties include simple cooking, plating, and food prep work such as cutting and seasoning - you choose one stream at interview. Ordering is done by customers via QR code so you do not need to take orders at the table, keeping the role approachable for beginners. Shift windows are 11:30-14:30 (lunch) and 17:00-23:30 (evening), with a minimum of 3 hours and 1 day per week. Hours from 22:00 attract a deep-night premium at 1,850 yen/hour. Pay is available by cash in hand (tewatashi 手渡し) if preferred. Staff meals (makanai まかない) are provided daily by the chef. Transport allowance paid in full. Applicants must be 18 or over and have Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above (or equivalent).

1,400円 (per hour)
Deep-night premium for 22:00 onwards: 1,850 yen/hour (above legal minimum - store premium). Training period (30 hours): 1,300 yen/hour. Salary increase based on performance and attitude.
