Job Description:

You will work as a room cleaning staff member at a 3-star business hotel near Tamachi Station in Minato-ku, Tokyo, handling full room turnover (furu meiku フルメイク). Duties include bed making, full room cleaning, bathroom and toilet cleaning, and restocking towels and amenities - a clear, repeatable routine that is easy to learn from the first shift. You start working in pairs with a senior staff member who shows you the ropes, so complete beginners and those with cleaning experience are equally welcome. Two shift options are available: 10:00-15:00 (5 hours, no break) or 09:00-16:00 (6 hours actual work, 1-hour break). Weekday-only patterns are welcome; minimum 3 days per week is a common arrangement. An advance pay system (shuurbarai 週払い) allows you to receive up to 70% of earned wages before the standard pay day with a weekly application via smartphone. Transport allowance is paid in full. No resume required.
