Job Description:

You will work at a major logistics company's distribution centre in Haneda Asahicho, Ota-ku, Tokyo, starting with inspection (kenphin 検品), label application (shiiru-bari シール貼り), and packing of parcel deliveries, with a clear path to become a floor leader (genba riidaa 現場リーダー) within approximately 6 months. As a leader, you will handle attendance roll calls, shift scheduling, and occasional floor work alongside the team - roughly half desk work and half hands-on. Easy-to-follow manuals cover all procedures so no prior experience is needed. The shift is a fixed 10:00-19:00 day schedule, 5 days per week; car and bicycle commuting are not permitted so please plan for train or walking access. An advance pay system (maewatashi 前払い) and weekly payment (shuurbarai 週払い) are available. Transport allowance is paid per company rules. Hair colour, piercings, nail art, and casual dress are all permitted.
