Job Description:

You will work at Marugame Seimen Caretta Shiodome (丸亀製麺カレッタ汐留店), an udon and soba chain restaurant on basement floor 2 of the Caretta Shiodome complex in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 2-minute walk from Shiodome Station and 3 minutes from Shimbashi Station. The store is busy with office workers from the surrounding Shiodome business district at lunch and dinner, creating a fast-paced, energetic rhythm that suits those who enjoy efficient, team-based work. Hall duties include welcoming guests, cashier work (reji レジ), table clearing, and dishwashing using an automatic dishwasher; kitchen duties include boiling and plating udon, cooking tempura according to recipes, and kitchen cleaning. Operating hours are 09:00-18:00 (daytime only, weekdays only); minimum 2 hours and 2 days per week accepted with shifts submitted weekly. Weekday-only and Saturday-Sunday-off patterns are welcomed. Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or above (or equivalent native-level conversational ability) is required as the role involves customer-facing Japanese service.

Wage:
