Job Description:

You will work as a cleaning staff member at an office building in Kanda Mitoshirocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, near Ogawamachi Station, during early morning hours before the working day begins. Duties include sweeping and mopping corridors and stairways, vacuuming, rubbish collection, and toilet cleaning - all tasks are similar to home cleaning with no specialist tools required, and the routine becomes second nature quickly. The shift is a fixed 06:30-09:30 (3 hours actual work, no break) on weekdays only. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are always off. An advance pay system (shuurbarai 週払い) allows you to receive up to 70% of earned wages before the standard pay day with a weekly application via smartphone (apply Tuesday, paid by Friday). Transport allowance is paid in full. No resume required.
